yup! a man in Australia lost 30 pounds to squeeze himself through a hole he chiseled in a brick wall and escape from a maximum security jail in Sydney.

Robert Cole who was serving time for stealing and assault, was being treated in the Long Bay prison hospital when he broke out of jail Tuesday night oe eaely Wednesday! they don't even know exactly when! Can you imagine that the prison officials claim that there was no night shift as they relied on surveillance cameras and sensor detectors to stop night jail-breaks

Yes people below is a Diet that I actually used a couple of years ago that would allow you to loose weight like wooooow! Well am actually doing this cuz I noticed that many bloggers are talking about weight loss or how they're tryin to do so, so I said why not help em out well thats if they really are interested in this diet.

Seriously this diet can actually and am serious allow you to loose about 22 pounds in a month and thats if you exercise and take the diet seriously! this diet was given to me by a former body building champion and it dosn't matter if your a bodybuilder or not true me it WORKS.....

Well here it is below and i hope that anyone out there that comes across this blog and is actually tryin to loose weight would give it a shot and if you need a training program weather bodybuilding related or just regular cardio, Aerobics etc i'll be more than happy to post a couple!

note: there are three to four options under each meal so you can opt for any one of them so that you wouldn't get bored with the diet

(you should drink a warm glass of water 15 minutes before you eat)

Breakfast:

• 2 egg whites, a glass of grapefruit juice.
• 1 slice of brown toast, low fat cream cheese, black coffee (No sugar)
• 2 kiwi fruits, 3 dates

Mid-day:

• A green apple
• one cup of skimmed (or low fat yoghurt)

Lunch:

• a chicken breast (grilled or boiled) + a small GREEN salad (with a tea spoon of olive oil)
• Tuna fish salad (using a 1 can of tuna fish that is in saline not oil)
• a small cup of vegtable soup + half a (boiled or grilled) chicken
• 250grams of any type of fresh fish (boiled or grilled) + green salad (tea spoon of olive oil)
• Small cup of brown rice + half a chicken breast + a small green salad
• fish/ chicken breast + a small boiled or baked potatoe

Note the best meat to have is tuna and fresh fish.

Dinner:

• A small cup of fruit salad
• 1 large tomato + a cup of yoghurt + half a lemon (juice) (mix everthing and enjoy it)
• a cup of vegtable soup + 1 slice of brown toast

so for example if your to do the diet then lets say today is monday then you may opt to have

Breakfast: 2 egg whites + a glass of graprfruit juice

Mid-day: a green apple

Lunch: Small cup of brown rice + half a grilled chicken breast + green salad

Dinner: tomatoe with yoghurt

ok! note, you must alternate the options day after day and beleive me it works its hard but very effective even if you don't exercise and depending on your body you'll losse between 12-22 pounds in one month.

Remember drink at least 8 glasses of water a day and try to avoid constipation, theres a good herbal laxative that I like the label looks like the one below but don't live on that laxative then that bolimia or something K good luck!

Arabian Gulf Monarchy death is in fashion or something well the news ain't official yet and if it's true then thats the 4th Ruler that dies this week!

Dubai Hotels head Underwater !

Yes people the amount of hotels and projects in Dubai are going to the exreme! Dubai will be the first place ever on th planet to have a hotel built underwater... The hotel is estimated to cost around $500 million, which is going to be called the Hydropolis resembeling a huge submarine anchored in the gulf! likey likey..... Oh visitor are to arive there via a tunnel or small submarines man can you imagine how thats gonna be living under water for a couple of days will be an experient of a lifetime!

The hotel was first said to be a shallow water hotel that would have be completed around this year however, the project managers have decided that they want to make the hotel bigger, which means they need to go further into the sea and thus, more money!

Dubai Hydropolis is to be built by a German group SIBC GmbH, and as I said the money issue has been finally settled and the project is set for completion in 2008 and I really can't wait to check it out! Oh you know why they delayed it in the beginning the hotel was to cost $500 million but, the new Hydropolis is gonna be worth $1.9 billion! waaw........... I know that the news has been out there for ages but some of you people have been wondering what happened about the project and why they havn't yet opened especially that now the hotel is going to be 40 levels and not 8 as it was supposed to be.... Dubai Autodrome hosts a 24 hour race....

Yup! Dubai Autodrom is hosting the first 24-hour race in the Middle-East on the 5.39km FIA certified track! Over 70 cars are perticipating from different makes such as Porsche, Toyota, Ferrari, Mazda, BMW and Hoda etc...

Practice started late Wednesday and yesturday, a 90 monite qualifying session took place with Duller Motorsport topping the charts gaining the front row of the starting grid entering with two BMW E46 GTR for the race. While the second row is occupied by Porsche GT3 of the Swedish Hubert Bergh Motorsport. The two teams will race for the win ! well It was great those of you that were there you know how it was!

Well there was a Diesel class too! that is lead by the German 2.4 Alfa 147 of Altenburger Destillerie.. but I didn't really like those diesel car races come on you've got the BMW vs. Porsche ain't that enough, cuz you see that then the rest will look like crap anyways people its up to you but I have to say those diesel babes did a fine job.....

It slip my mind to tell you guys that last December Robarto Cavali the well known Italian fashion designer was in Dubai. Cavali was seen at two main events in Dubai, The Dubai Film Festival that started on the 11th of december 2005 and unbelievably at an Arabic concert! Yup Roberto Cavali attended an Arabic concert by the Lebanese super star Ragheb Alama that took place on New Years eve! So Mr.Cavali celebrated his new years in Dubai enjoying Arabian Music. The Gipsy kings also took part in the concert prior to Ragheb Alama's show, however Ragheb Alam was the main star of this night! I personally love that guys songs there so cool. Well Cavali was not only enjoying his time in Dubai however, he's openning a grand store in the new Mall of the Emirates, which is going to open in the VIA Rodeo section of the mall alongside Burberry, Bvolgari, Dolce&Gabbanna, Gucci, Emporio Armani and many other top fashion brand labels! trust me the place is amazing it even has

the theme of Milan! to give you that great feeling while shopping........

believe it or not Dubai, which is the 2nd Emirate in the United Arab Emirates and the most Metropolitan city in the Middle-East that is 3885 squared kilometers in size only! man thats way smaller than New York! has 152 night clubs and over 200 bars ! WooooooW man even the people there don't actually know that! Most of these are located is the best Hotels and sites of this small yet astonishing city.
The most popular clubs are Kasbar in the One and Only Royal Mirrage hotel, Boudoir in Dubai Marina hotel, which gets so packed on Wednesdays (the R&B/Hip-Hop night) that you are shoulder to shoulder with someone all the time! Tangirene at the Fairmont and MIX in Grand Hyatt. I can go for ever... and now the New Edition Trilogy in Madinat Jumeirah so you tell me that you don't want to be clubin at Dubai right now! The best thing about Trilogy is its location and fabilous Interior with three levels along with a terrace that over looks the whole of Madinat Jumeirah, Mina Al-Salam hotel and the iconic Burj Al-Arab again this place is sooo packed on Thursday nights. Ohh ya the week ends in Dubai are on Thursday and Friday !! I personally love Boudoir and Trilogy and you'll see what I mean when you check'em out!
Wait thers the bars too! you see When I plan to go clubbing I have to first go to a bar or lounge loosen up with some friends gettin started with some drinks or lets says getting myself excited and in the mood for the CLUB! and the best place to do that would be Traders Vix, Carter's, Bar Zar this is a cool bar were you even have a self service beer dispenser at your table! likey likey and El Malecon which is Cuban lounge were you can even sign off your name an the walls, scribble anything you want and if your a graffitti lover you can show it off right there while your enjoying your time!

Dubai - Film Festival

Well people Dubai as I have showed you in previous posts is well known for its amazing tourism attractions and wealthy buisines. However, this place never stops! Well there has been two Film Festivals already one that took place in 2004 and the last one in December 2005. The film festival featured 98 films from 46 countries isn't that amazing and amongst those were 6 world premieres and 38 Middle-Eastern premieres!
in Addition Hollywood Stars Johnny Depp, Morgan Freeman, Laurence Fishburne (Matrix Star), Hugh Dancy and many more participated in this festival. plus prominant Arab stars such as Noor Al-Sharif, Adel Imam with an endless list in fact. The festival includes an open dinner with the stars! Niiiice...

Armani enters Dubai's hotel market

Giorgio Armani, who started his fashion empire with an unlined jacket in 1975, is counting on a $1 billion agreement to develop hotels with Dubai's Emaar Properties to help double sales at Armani Casa his five year old homewares business. Dubai and Armani's work is to be seen by 2008.
Armani suggets that he's trying to provide the same quality of hotels as his fashion designs, Bvolgari Armani's competitor are also expanding thier practices into the hotel industry in Dubai. this is all the result of the astonishing attractions and business revolution in Dubai, which has become the number one tourism attraction in the world.
The new Dubai land mark Burj Dubai will house an Armani Hotel. Guys believe me this place never stops! construction is 24/7 and you'll be amazed everytime you visit Dubai a new attraction everymonth!
