100% Guaranteed Weight Loss!

Yes people below is a Diet that I actually used a couple of years ago that would allow you to loose weight like wooooow! Well am actually doing this cuz I noticed that many bloggers are talking about weight loss or how they're tryin to do so, so I said why not help em out well thats if they really are interested in this diet.
Seriously this diet can actually and am serious allow you to loose about 22 pounds in a month and thats if you exercise and take the diet seriously! this diet was given to me by a former body building champion and it dosn't matter if your a bodybuilder or not true me it WORKS.....
Well here it is below and i hope that anyone out there that comes across this blog and is actually tryin to loose weight would give it a shot and if you need a training program weather bodybuilding related or just regular cardio, Aerobics etc i'll be more than happy to post a couple!
note: there are three to four options under each meal so you can opt for any one of them so that you wouldn't get bored with the diet
(you should drink a warm glass of water 15 minutes before you eat)
Breakfast:
  • 2 egg whites, a glass of grapefruit juice.
  • 1 slice of brown toast, low fat cream cheese, black coffee (No sugar)
  • 2 kiwi fruits, 3 dates

Mid-day:

  • A green apple
  • one cup of skimmed (or low fat yoghurt)

Lunch:

  • a chicken breast (grilled or boiled) + a small GREEN salad (with a tea spoon of olive oil)
  • Tuna fish salad (using a 1 can of tuna fish that is in saline not oil)
  • a small cup of vegtable soup + half a (boiled or grilled) chicken
  • 250grams of any type of fresh fish (boiled or grilled) + green salad (tea spoon of olive oil)
  • Small cup of brown rice + half a chicken breast + a small green salad
  • fish/ chicken breast + a small boiled or baked potatoe

Note the best meat to have is tuna and fresh fish.

Dinner:

  • A small cup of fruit salad
  • 1 large tomato + a cup of yoghurt + half a lemon (juice) (mix everthing and enjoy it)
  • a cup of vegtable soup + 1 slice of brown toast

so for example if your to do the diet then lets say today is monday then you may opt to have

Breakfast: 2 egg whites + a glass of graprfruit juice

Mid-day: a green apple

Lunch: Small cup of brown rice + half a grilled chicken breast + green salad

Dinner: tomatoe with yoghurt

ok! note, you must alternate the options day after day and beleive me it works its hard but very effective even if you don't exercise and depending on your body you'll losse between 12-22 pounds in one month.

Remember drink at least 8 glasses of water a day and try to avoid constipation, theres a good herbal laxative that I like the label looks like the one below but don't live on that laxative then that bolimia or something K good luck!
